Many men carry stress, pressure, and emotional burdens in silence. If that resonates with you, this is a space where you can talk openly and feel supported.

The Pressures Men Carry

The Pressure To Be Strong

You’ve learned to,

  • Keep emotions to yourself

  • Push though stress without complaining

  • Solve problems alone

  • Never let anyone see you struggle

Pressure to Perform

You feel expected to,

  • Provide financially

  • Succeed professionally

  • Always have a plan

  • “MAN UP” when things get hard

Pressure in Relationships

And underneath it all,

  • Communication feels difficult

  • Conflict gets avoided or escalates

  • You feel misunderstood

  • You’re present, but emotionally distant

About Me

Hi! my name is Jennifer I’m a therapist for men and founder of Dadirri Therapy.

I work with men who are used to holding everything in; stress, pressure, emotions and need a space to slow down and make sense of what they’re experiencing.

My approach is grounded, practical, and focused on helping you actually move forward in your life.

What To Expect

We start with a conversation

No pressure, no expectations, just a real conversation about what’s been going on and what brought you here.

It’s a judgement-free space

You can say what’s on your mind without worrying about being judged or misunderstood

You don’t need to have it all figured out

You don’t need the “right words” or a clear explanation. We’ll figure it out together

I go at your pace

There’s no rush. No pressure to open up all at once

All sessions are Virtual
